Appeal for witnesses following knife arrests in Reading
Two people are being questioned over an incident on the town's Oxford Road
An appeal for information has been made following knife-related arrests in Reading.
Police were called to the scene at the junction with Cranbury Road yesterday morning after reports of two individuals with knives.
A 21-year-old man from Reading has been arrested and is receiving hospital treatment for injuries that are not life-threatening.
In addition, a 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody.
Thames Valley Police are asking anyone who saw the incident or has relevant information or footage to get in touch.
