Police appeal for witnesses after man seriously injured in traffic collision at Lower Earley
A man in his forties is currently in hospital with serious injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Lower Earley which has left a man in his forties seriously injured.
At around 10.20pm last Friday, a collision occurred on Lower Earley Way, at the junction with Hatch Farm Way, involving a white BMW and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian currently remains in hospital.
Police have not made any arrests.
Investigating officer PC Erin Attride, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are currently investigating this collision, which has left a man with serious injuries, and our enquiries are ongoing.
“We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has in the area at the time and saw what happened, or anyone who has dashcam or other video footage from around the time of the incident, as this could help us build a clearer picture of the circumstances leading up to the collision. If you were in the area, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
