Appeal for witnesses after car found in ditch near East Ilsley
Police seek dash-cam footage following A34 collision
Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious crash near Easy Ilsley.
Thames Valley Police say the collision happened at around 10am on 8th July when a white Vauxhall Corsa was found in a ditch after descending an embankment on the A34 northbound, close to the East Ilsley junction.
The driver, a woman in her forties, sustained severe life-threatening injuries and remains hospitalised.
No arrests have been made as of now, according to the authorities.
Investigating officer PC John Henry Kelly from the Roads Policing Unit commented, “We are carrying out a thorough investigation into the circumstances of this collision and would urge anyone who witnessed it, or who may have relevant footage, to please come forward.
“We are also appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the white Vauxhall Corsa travelling northbound on the A34 to please get in touch.”
