Boy seriously injured after crash with car in Finchampstead

Thames Valley Police say a boy is in hospital with a broken leg after he was hit by a car while riding his bike in Finchampstead.

The crash, which involved an orange bicycle and a silver Nissan Qashqai, happened at around 4pm on Saturday (25 April).

Police have confirmed that no arrests have been made.

Investigating officer PC Erin Attride from the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit has asked for witnesses to come forward.

"We are appealing for witnesses to come forward following this collision," she said.

"We would ask anyone who witnessed this collision or who may have CCTV or dash cam footage of the collision to please get in touch."
