Shoplifter CCTV appeal in Basingstoke

Police in basingstoke want to identify two men as part of enquiries into a shoplifting incident at the Sainsbury’s supermarket in Wallop Drive, Basingstoke.

The incident took place between 3.15pm and 4pm on Tuesday 28 July.

It was reported that two men stole a large quantity of goods from the store, including healthcare products, electrical devices, beauty items and groceries.

The total calculated value of the goods stolen is around £1,600.

A spokesperson said:

"As part of our enquiries, we have released CCTV images of two men we would like to speak to in connection with this incident.

"If you know who these men are, please contact us by calling 101, quoting the reference number 44260364054. "
