A man has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving following a stop in Bramley on Friday night.
Officers were on patrol when they spotted a Mercedes Sprinter truck that was believed to not have tax or insurance at around 7pm on Friday 14 August.
The vehicle was stopped on Minchens Lane, and due to circumstances at the scene, the driver was made to complete a roadside drugs wipe test, which came back as positive for cocaine and cannabis.
A 32-year-old man from Aldermaston was then arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
He has been released under investigation, pending further enquiries. The vehicle was seized for having no insurance.
