Boy, 15, arrested after suspected Class A drugs found in Basingstoke
Police seized more than 100 wraps of drugs and cash in an Oakridge property.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after police discovered suspected Class A drugs and cash at a property in Basingstoke.
Officers attended the address on Bennet Close, Oakridge, on Friday, 30th January, where they seized more than 100 wraps of suspected Class A substances and £840 in cash.
The teenager, who is from London, was arrested on suspicion of several offences, including:
- Possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A
- Being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug
- Acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property
He has since been released on bail with conditions while further enquiries are conducted.
Police confirmed that all items found during the search were seized as part of the investigation.
