Woman dies after crash in Buckinghamshire
Thames Valley Police are investigating the collision
A woman has sadly passed after being involved in a car crash near to Slapton in Buckinghamshire.
The head-on collision happened between a Ford Focus and Vauxhall Corsa on the 8th of January 2025 between the junction for Slapton and Leighton Buzzard on the B488.
Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A woman in her 30s passed from her injuries on the 14th of January 2025.
The other two injured have since been discharged.
Thames Valley police are now calling for any witnesses to come forward.
Investigating officer PC Natalie Robinson of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “This collision has occurred on a rural road between Slapton and Leighton Buzzard, and very sadly, a woman has since passed away.
“Her next of kin are aware and are being supported by Family Liaison Officers.
“My thoughts are with them at this very difficult time."
