Officers were called to a property in Ashby Road at around 1.40am on Monday 28 September, after concerns were raised for the welfare of Kelsey Smith, 36.
She was taken to hospital but sadly died a short time later.
Her death is not currently being treated as suspicious, but detectives want to establish the full circumstances.
Detective Inspector Tom Hassell said: "First and foremost, our thoughts remain with Kelsey and those who knew her at this incredibly difficult time.
"We're asking anyone who saw or spoke to Kelsey in the days leading up to her death, from Friday 18 September onwards, to please get in touch."
