Police seek witnesses after Welwyn Garden City assault
Three men involved in altercation in Howardsgate
Police in Welwyn Garden City are appealing for information following a serious assault involving three men on Friday, 26th June.
The incident took place between 9.22pm and 9.34pm on Howardsgate, close to Postino Lounge, where two 24-year-old men sustained stab wounds.
Both injured individuals were hospitalised and are currently in a stable condition. A knife has been recovered from the scene.
A third man, aged 27, was also taken to hospital and has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and grievous bodily harm.
He remains in police custody for questioning.
Detective Sergeant Ben Dixon, from the Criminal Investigation Department, urged witnesses to come forward.

It is believed that the incident was isolated and involved individuals known to each other.
