Police appeal for information after fatal collision in Gaddesden
A cyclist has died following a collision near Hemel Hempstead
Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses, information, and dash cam footage following a collision in Gaddesden Row, near Hemel Hempstead, which resulted in the death of a cyclist.
The collision occurred on Friday 5th December at around 9.30am. A cyclist was travelling from Jockey End towards Hemel Hempstead when they were involved in a collision with a white Kia Sorento for reasons still being investigated.
The cyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where they later died.

Detective Sergeant Ben Heath, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the man’s loved ones at this difficult time, and investigations are continuing to establish the circumstances around the collision.
“As part of our enquiries, we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward. Did you witness the collision or see the pedal cycle or the vehicle in the area around the time?
“We’re particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have captured dash cam footage. If you have something of note, this can be uploaded directly at herts.police.uk/dashcamupload.”

A man was arrested at the scene of the collision and has been released on bail as investigations continue.
