Police appeal after man seriously assaulted in Luton
Officers investigating attack on Stuart Street are urging witnesses to come forward
Police are appealing for information after a man was seriously assaulted in Luton.
The victim was approached by two men on Stuart Street at around 4pm on Monday, 1 June, before being attacked.
He suffered serious injuries, although they are not believed to be life-threatening.
The suspects are both described as white men in their 40s.
Officers say the assault happened in a busy area during daylight hours and are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or saw a large group of men acting suspiciously nearby.
