Motorcyclist injured after collision in Luton
They remain in hospital
A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in Luton after a collision.
It is believed the rider, a man aged in his 20s, had left the carriageway to the nearside and collided with a lamppost, leaving him with life-changing injuries.
The rider was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
Sergeant Nick Kane from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Roads Policing Unit said: “This incident took place at a busy time of day and we are keen to establish the circumstances surrounding it. We would urge anyone who was in the area at this time and witnessed the collision, or may have dashcam footage of the rider in question, to get in contact with us.”
