Harvey Reynolds sentenced to two years behind bars
A man has been sentenced to jail for drug offences and dangerous driving in Milton Keynes.
Harvey Reynolds, 23, of Mercury Grove, Milton Keynes, appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday, where he received a two-year prison sentence.
Reynolds pleaded guilty to a series of offences including two counts of dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and possession of criminal property.
Reynolds’s Arrest and Charges
On 17th March, police officers saw a black Mercedes speeding in Milton Keynes.
Reynolds did not stop when police attempted to pull him over and drove off at speeds reaching 70mph against oncoming traffic.
No other drivers were seriously injured during the incident.
After his arrest, Reynolds was found with cash and Class A drugs.
The vehicle search led to the discovery of Class B drugs categorized into approximately 30 deal bags and two knives.
He was then released on bail with specific conditions while further investigations were carried out.
Second Pursuit in April
On 23rd April, police officers attempted to stop an Audi, which was noted to have no valid tax.
Reynolds failed to stop and drove dangerously, reaching excessive speeds and contravening traffic rules.
The pursuit was ended safely through tactical police measures.
The Audi search revealed a significant quantity of Class A drugs in deal bags, along with cash.
Reynolds was arrested for further offences on the same day, charged, and remanded into custody on 24th April.
He was convicted at Wycombe Magistrates Court on 25th April.
