Man charged with dangerous driving and drug offences after crash in High Wycombe
A woman in her eighties was taken to hospital for treatment
A man has been charged with dangerous driving and drug offences after a crash in High Wycombe left a woman in her eighties seriously hurt.
Christopher Mason, 40, was arrested in connection with a collision on Cressex Road in High Wycombe on Sunday, 3rd May, involving a black Volkswagen Golf and a Citroën C3.
The crash, which occurred at around 3.40pm, resulted in a woman in her eighties, a passenger in the Citroën, being hospitalised for her injuries.
Mason, previously arrested, is charged with driving a vehicle dangerously, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving while unfit through drugs, and failing to stop after accidents on both Rutland Avenue and Spearing Road in High Wycombe.
Further charges include harassment following a breach of a restraining order on conviction.
After being remanded in custody, Mason is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 2nd June.
