Man charged after car driven wrong way down dual carriageways in Milton Keynes
Matthew Lebbie is due before magistrates today
A man has been charged following a dangerous driving pursuit in central Milton Keynes.
Matthew Lebbie, 27, of no fixed abode, has been charged with dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
The charges relate to an incident at around 10.50am on 23rd September, when officers attempted to stop a black Vauxhall Corsa in central Milton Keynes.
Police said the vehicle failed to stop and was involved in a pursuit.
During the pursuit, the car was driven the wrong way along two dual carriageways, prompting a number of calls from concerned members of the public.
Lebbie is due to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court today.
