Pedestrian, 90s, taken to hospital after crash with car in South Oxhey
Though the man's injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, he was taken to hospital for checks
A man in his 90s has been taken to hospital after he collided with a car in South Oxhey, in the Three Rivers district of Hertfordshire.
The incident happened shortly after 3pm yesterday (25th June), on Prestwick Road, and involved a Vauxhall Astra.
Emergency services, including police and ambulance teams, responded to the scene near the Tesco Express.
Though the man's injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, he was taken to hospital for checks.
The road was closed for some time and the driver stayed at the scene to help the police investigation.
No arrests have been made.
