Police seek witnesses to attack near New Bedford Road
Bedfordshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Luton, leaving him with life-changing injuries.
The incident occurred on New Bedford Road, in the town centre, shortly before 7pm on Wednesday 15th July
The victim, who sustained multiple stab wounds, is receiving medical treatment and is in a serious condition.
Detectives are urging anyone who may have seen the attack or have information about the events leading up to it to come forward.
The stabbing is believed to have happened between 6.40pm and 7pm, near the underpass close to Crystal House.
Witnesses described the suspect as a young black man, aged between 18 and 20, dressed in all black clothing.
He was seen heading towards Bury Park after the incident.
