Four men charged with multiple residential burglaries
The charges follow the theft of more than 30 high value vehicles.
Four men have been charged in connection with a series of home burglaries across Hertfordshire.
Police made the arrests on the 3rd of April and the 8th of April, following an investigation into organised criminal gang involvement in nearly 40 burglaries. These took place between December 2025 and March 2026, during which more than 30 high value vehicles were stolen.
The four men charged with conspiracy to commit dwelling burglary and conspiracy to steal motor vehicles were:
Shay Hollis, aged 22, of Brache Close, Redbourn.
Patrick Peters, aged 29, of Withers Mead, London.
Archie Lucas, aged 19, of Buckingham Road, Borehamwood.
Joshua Fallon, aged 25 from Hertford.
Hollis was also charged with driving and insurance‑related offences. The men were all remanded to prison and will next appear at St Albans Crown Court on the 16th of April, apart from Lucas who was granted bail by the court.
A fifth man, Darren Arnold, aged 30, of Westcroft Close, London, had also previously been charged and remanded to prison in connection with this investigation.
Detective Constable Edward Law from Operation Linkage, the constabulary’s response to dwelling burglary, said: “Dwelling burglary is one of our main priorities and can have a devastating effect on victims. We are constantly monitoring the county’s roads to detect criminals coming into Hertfordshire from other areas to commit burglary and other crimes, and we will relentlessly pursue them until they are brought to justice.”
