Family release tribute to Milton Keynes man that died in a motorcycle accident
They say he was "truly one of a kind"
The family of Joe Greenslade, who died on 23 April, following a road traffic collision in Milton Keynes have released the following tribute to him.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the tragic news that Joe Greenslade passed away in a motorcycle accident on the evening of 23rd April 2026, while on his way home.
“Joe was truly one of a kind. From his quirky outlook on life to his well-known “hatred” of vegetables (which he jokingly called poison), he brought laughter and character wherever he went.
“He was often found down by the lake sometimes in peaceful solitude, other times surrounded by his friends but always keeping his lines tight and enjoying the moments he loved most.
“Joe was deeply loved by so many, and I don’t think he ever fully realised just how many lives he touched. His presence, humour, and spirit will be missed more than words can express.
“Rest easy, Joe (Shrek) you will never be forgotten xXx. "
