"The increases in body temperature alongside the increase in cardiac output, so cardio vascular stress. That will result in more blood flow being pushed towards the skin and away from working muscles."

"The fact that these are elite footballers, that will go someway in minimising this effect that heat is going to have, because they are use to being in heat over points in their career. They'll have some residual heat acclimatization."
