A carpark at Luton Airport is nearing completion - almost two years on from a major fire.
The blaze caused the temporary suspension of flights while crews contained the incident, in which 13 hundred vehicles were trapped.
An airport spokesperson said: the new carpark would "provide a further 19 hundred parking spaces" and "move the drop-off area closer to the terminal."
Alberto Martin, CEO at London Luton Airport said: “we are working hard to deliver a number of passenger enhancements, including a second premium passenger lounge, several new restaurants and a spectacular mezzanine bar and diner.”
