Police seize XL bully following Wisden Road incident

A man has been arrested after a dog attacked another man in Stevenage over the weekend, resulting in the victim requiring hospital treatment for a bite on his arm.

The incident occurred at a residence on Wisden Road on 6th June.

On Thursday, 11th June, police executed a warrant at the property, involving officers from the Stevenage Neighbourhood Policing Team and the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Dog Unit.

The arrested individual, in his 20s, faces suspicion of allowing the dog to be dangerously out of control.

Authorities have seized the dog, identified as an XL bully, and are continuing their investigations.
