Police appeal after assault at Bath pub
The incident is said to have happened earlier this week at The Boathouse Pub
Police are appealing for witnesses after reports of a man in his thirties being assaulted at The Boathouse pub in Bath on 7th June.
The incident occurred in the beer garden around 4.55pm after a verbal altercation.
The victim suffered a bruised neck but did not require hospital treatment.
Authorities have been in contact with the victim and witnesses and are continuing their investigation.
An image of a man, who is believed to have information that may assist the enquiries, has been released.
The man sought for questioning is described as white, stocky, between 55 and 65 years old, with short white hair.
He was wearing glasses, blue and white trainers, blue trousers, a dark blue polo shirt, a grey hooded jacket, and a green cap.
