Smoke warning as crews tackle building fire in Keynsham
A nearby health centre has been evacuated

People are being told to keep doors and windows shut following a fire at a disused building in Keynsham.
Key roads near St Clements Road have been closed to accommodate fire engine and emergency vehicle access.
Large plumes off smoke can be seen in the area.
A spokesperson for Avon Fire and Rescue said "If you're on the school run, travelling in the area, or live nearby, please keep your doors and windows closed, and try to remain inside to reduce any smoke inhalation."
Earlier, staff and patients were evacuated from a nearby medical centre.
In a post on Facebook , a spokesperson for St Augustine's Medical Practice said: "The health centre has been evacuated due to a fire in a adjacent building. This is an developing situation - and it is likely that the health centre will remain closed for the remainder of the day....
"We are currently contacting effected patients. We will need to prioritise any urgent appointments."
Emergency services remain on scene.
People are being asked to avoid the area if possible.
