Arrest made over death of Aberdeen man

46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of 25-year-old Austin Ironside in Aberdeen.

Austin was found injured on Skene Street around 3.10pm on Sunday, 3 August, 2025. He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where he died two days later.

The investigation remains ongoing and officers continue to follow positive lines of enquiry.
