Last updated 10th Jul 2025
Starting back in 2022, Sir Paul McCartney took his 'Got Back' tour on the road, continuing until 2024, however it looks like he could be about to announce even more dates for fans.
The Beatles legend performed across the world on his previous tour, ending in London last year, where he brought out Ronnie Wood and Ringo Starr. But now, the singer has started to tease his fans by sharing a photo of two guitar picks. One pick says his name, while the other says 'GOT BACK IN 2025'.
Along with the photo, there is a link to sign up to a mailing list, simply saying: 'Sign up to receive information on tour dates, pre-sales and much more...'
Taking to social media to express their excitement at the prospect of a new tour, one fan wrote: 'Being a fan of Sir Paul McCartney is genuinely the best because what do you mean he's possibly touring again? And we might get to see him again? I'm so excited! 🤍', with another commenting: 'If there's anyone I'd REALLY love to see again, it's Paul McCartney! I saw him perform twice in 2016, but I know his work much better now than I did then, so please go on another tour!🙏'.
While Sir Paul's last tour might have officially finished in 2024, the singer has continued to perform since, most recently joining Bruce Springsteen on stage at his Liverpool tour date. Before that, he performed a fantastic 'Abbey Road' medley for the Saturday Night Live 50th anniversary.
Paul McCartney's previous 'Got Back' tour saw him perform nearly 40 songs each night, including many of his iconic Beatles songs and solo hits, such as 'Can't Buy Me Love', 'Love Me Do', 'Hey Jude' and 'Maybe I'm Amazed'. With his most recent tease, fans will be hoping for more nights filled with iconic songs.
