Van Morrison announces five-night residency in London this September

After receiving his Jazz FM Award for Lifetime Achievement last month, Van Morrison has now announced a five-night residency due to take place in the new British Airways ARC venue - set to open next month.

The singer's announcement marks the first residency to take place at the new venue. The residency will be on 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th and 29th September 2026.

Speaking about the announcement, Lucy Noble, SVP UK venues AEG Presents said: "We are thrilled to welcome Van Morrison as the very first artist to have a residency at our brand-new venue. The shows are set to be incredible."

What is British Airways ARC?

British Airways ARC is a new venue located above the west exhibition hall in London Olympia. It has a capacity of 3,800 and will open to the public on Tuesday 16th June 2026, with an opening season full of various acts including Self Esteem and McFly.

The huge development, which includes British Airways ARC also features a theatre, new bars and restaurants and two hotels.
