Woman dies after collision outside of Northwich

A female has died after a fatal collision in Barton, with two people arrested.
The incident was reported just before 6am on Saturday on Barton Road, Barton.
The collision involved a white Ford Transit van which had been travelling towards North Wales.
A passenger in the vehicle, 24-year-old woman, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and a second passenger, a 27-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
