The countdown is on until Sephora opens its doors in Belfast next Thursday (12th February).

With just one week to go, excitement is building for this landmark debut. The new space is a massive 2,550 sq ft beauty playground, in the heart of Belfast's bustling main shopping district.

Customers can shop exclusive ‘Only At Sephora’ brands such as rhode, Haus Labs, Makeup By Mario, Merit Beauty, INNBeauty Project, and Tower 28 alongside other TikTok-viral sensations lighting up the ‘Hot on Social’ table like Tatcha, Glossier, Glow Recipe, Rare Beauty, Sol De Janeiro and Kosas.

Sephora is more than just a place to shop – it’s about helping everyone look and feel their best. With a range of services from personalised beauty consultations that are now redeemable, gift wrap services, and engraving, there is plenty to discover in the world of Sephora.

Here’s everything you need to know about the ‘Pure Beaut’ Belfast opening weekend 👇

💄 The Victoria Square store won’t open its doors until 1pm on Thursday 12th February, giving the city of Belfast time to enjoy their beauty sleep before joining in on all the action.

💄 Customers can join the queue when it officially opens at 11am, with entertainment from local talent, coffees provided by city favourite, Neighbourhood and promises of extra ‘surprise & delights’ from Sephora’s favourite brands all starting at the same time.

💄 Additionally, anyone who makes a purchase, of any amount, from Thursday 12th February through to Sunday 15th February will receive a ‘Beauty Bonus Card’, with the chance of winning a variety of on-the-spot prizes, including full size products, exclusive discounts, Sephora merch, and the beloved, coveted Sephora goodie bags.

💄 This mechanic has replaced the traditional ‘first in line’ model for the goodie bag, allowing for an inclusive, accessible and rewarding experience by more giving more shoppers the chance to win prizes as part of the opening celebrations, with equal chance of winning, whether you arrive at 1pm Thursday or in the final hour on Sunday!

💄 Most importantly - no need to face the unpredictable Belfast weather and queue through the night.

Alongside the in-store experience, beauty lovers can continue shopping via the Sephora UK app and sign up to their MySephora loyalty programme – a VIP scheme that rewards passion for beauty.

Earn points for every purchase both instore and online, that can be exchanged for exclusive products, surprise gifts, and even invites to special events all which can be tracked on their app. Plus, members get early access to new products, birthday treats, and seasonal offers that will make Sephora shoppers feel extra special all year long.

Commenting on the announcement, Sarah Boyd, Managing Director of Sephora UK, said: “We are so excited for our first opening of 2026 in Belfast. This opening will mark another first for Sephora UK – our first store on the island of Ireland, located at Belfast’s Victoria Square. We’re truly committed to living up to our name of Sephora UK by bringing our beauty playgrounds to all corners of the nation. Belfast is a city filled with important history, areas of outstanding natural beauty and we cannot wait to become a part of the local community.”
