Man and woman treated in hospital following Cookstown fire

Police are treating a house fire in Cookstown as arson.

Just before one o'clock this morning the house in the Princess Avenue area was targeted.

A man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s were inside at the time.

They were taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
