Householders escape injury in Portadown arson attack

Residents have been left badly shaken after an overnight attack in Portadown.

It happened around 1:15AM in the Garvaghy Park area.

Two fires were reported to have been started outside the property, causing significant damage.

Three people were seen making off on foot from the scene in the direction of the Garvaghy Road.

Police are treating the incident as arson with intent to endanger life
