Detectives in Belfast charge three men with rape following report of assault on woman

Detectives in Belfast have charged three men with rape in connection with the report of the serious sexual assault of a woman.

The men are aged 21, 35, and 55.

A PSNI statement said, “Detectives in Belfast investigating the report of serious sexual assault of a woman have charged three men with rape.”

“The men aged 21, 35 and 55 are due to appear in Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 25th February.”

“As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.”
