Matt Bennett, Director of Programmes for Shine TV, says: “Celebrity Hunted is the only TV series – alongside its cousin, Hunted – which continues to remind us of the powers of the state in an entertaining and engaging way. This is our most ambitious series yet, beginning with a breathtaking aerial launch amongst the skyscrapers of London, then a daring escape at the end of the run for any who evade capture… with a great deal of entertaining mischief in between.”
How can I watch old series?
You can watch old series of the show on Channel 4's streaming service.
TV series Hunted first hit our screens way back in 2015, with members of the public teaming up to go 'on the run' as 'fugitives' across Great Britain, attempting to escape a team of Hunters made up of former and serving police officers.
There's since been seven series of Hunted, with six celebrity editions. Celebs to take part in previous series include the likes of Spencer Matthews, Chris Hughes, Lydia Bright, Ollie Locke, Katya Jones, Christine McGuinness and Lucrezia Millarini.
Celebrity Hunted will return on 3rd August 2026.
