Yellow weather warnings have been issued for the south east of Ireland and Northern Ireland for Tuesday
Met Éireann's Weather Warning stated that there will be outbreaks of rain, which will be heavy at times, in Waterford, Wexford, and Wicklow.
A yellow rain warning will come into place there at midnight on Tuesday, until 6 pm later that day.
The UK's Met Office has also issued a yellow weather warning for all six counties in Northern Ireland.
It is expected to last from 6am until 3pm on Tuesday.
Both organisations have said the heavy rain could lead to localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
