Country star Garth Brooks has been announced as the first headliner at American Express presents BST Hyde Park 2026. This performance will mark the singer's first UK performance in nearly 30 years, when he takes to the stage in Hyde Park next summer.

The country legend is hugely popular on both sides of the Atlantic, and is one of the biggest selling artists of all time. Garth's second album 'No Fences' was the first country album to go multi-Platinum, and his follow-up 'Ropin' The Wind' was the first country album to reach Number 1 in the US Pop chart.

Announcing the news, American Express presents BST Hyde Park's official Instagram account wrote: 'We’re thrilled to announce that @garthbrooks will be headlining American Express presents @bsthydepark 2026 on Saturday 27 June, playing his first UK show in almost 30 years 🙌

'Don’t miss your chance to witness one of the biggest selling artists of all time in London’s iconic Hyde Park, plus a full supporting lineup to be announced!'
