Woman and child die in A3 crash near Hindhead Tunnel
Appeal for witnesses and dash cam footage following the accident

A 43-year-old woman and a seven-year-old girl from Portsmouth have died following a crash on the A3 southbound near Hindhead Tunnel.
The crash occurred at around 10am on Thursday (19th February), involving a red Ford Fiesta that left the carriageway.
Emergency services pronounced both occupants deceased at the scene.
Officials managed a road closure and thanked motorists for their patience during the disruption.
Investigators are asking anyone with information, particularly those with dash cam footage of the incident or preceding events, to assist their inquiry.
