Wingstop has officially opened its second restaurant in Northern Ireland today, at East Point Entertainment Village in Dundonald.

The expansion will bring its iconic flavour and signature menu of chicken wings, tenders, burgers and sides to Dundonald.

The first 100 guests in line will score eight free wings with their choice of one of Wingstop’s iconic flavours, from the fan-favourite Lemon Pepper to the limited-edition, Dragon’s Breath.

Wingstop first arrived on the island of Ireland back in December 2025 with its first store opening in Liffey Valley, Dublin, before moving north to Belfast’s Boucher Crescent in March 2026.

Known for its bold range of 10 sauces and seasonings - from the Wingstop classic Lemon Pepper to the sweet heat of Mango Habanero, the smoky kick of Louisiana Rub and the daring Atomic - Wingstop’s menu of wings, boneless, tenders, burgers, loaded fries, milkshakes and churros has already made it a viral hit across TikTok and beyond.

Both store openings on the island of Ireland saw eager fans queuing up to get the first taste of Wingstop hours before the doors opened, and the same is anticipated in Dundonald today.

Paddy Bamford, Chief Financial Officer of Wingstop UK & Ireland, said: “We are so excited to continue expanding our presence in Northern Ireland and bring the flavour to Dundonald. Belfast has been so welcoming to us since we first opened our doors on Boucher Crescent back in March, we are excited to keep growing and sharing our flavours with more people.”

Operated by Lemon Pepper Holdings, Wingstop UK & Ireland is expanding across the island of Ireland, with an expected 20 sites to open within the next seven years.
