Man due in court following attempted stabbing in Co. Antrim

A 70 year old man is due before Belfast Magistrates Court today.

It's in relation to an attempted stabbing in the Scotch Quarter area of Carrickfergus on Wednesday.

The man, aged 70, has been charged with a number of offences including making threats to kill.
