It's set to be a busy summer for the Kingfishr lads, with an incredible lineup of gigs and festivals across the world.

Including a just announced show in Derry/Londonderry as part of Live at the Square!

📍 Ebrington Square

🗓️ Monday 24th August 2026

Breaking the news online, the band wrote: "We spent a weekend in Derry recently, had a class time and realised it’s ridiculous that we have never played a show there before. So we wanted to change that. We’ll be there in August ❤️"

Kingfishr have been building momentum largely under the radar since 2022, organically upscaling their headline shows and playing gigs as guests to Bruce Springsteen, George Ezra, James Bay, Snow Patrol and many more.

Their unique blend of timeless Irish music with contemporary folk/pop/indie flourishes and a rousing emotional intensity has cultivated a passionate following.
