Hannah East to bring 'Express Yourself' tour to Belfast next year

Author: Emma DicksonPublished 17th Sep 2025

Sports pundit and host of the 2024 Paris Olympics turned stand-up comedian and social media sensation Hannah East has announced an autumn extension of her hit UK tour Express Yourself after selling out her earlier dates.

The second leg of the tour will visit Belfast on Thursday 3rd December 2026 at Limelight.

Express Yourself is Hannah’s first UK-wide stand-up tour and is a hilarious deep dive into the highs and lows of parenting.

As demonstrated by the millions of views across her viral comedy reels, Hannah brilliantly captures the chaos, joy, and absurdity of life as a mum.

From pregnancy and labour to breastfeeding, postpartum struggles, and everyday parenting challenges, Hannah’s sketches hit home with honesty and humour.

Audiences love her for saying what mums are really thinking but rarely feel they can share out loud. As a former sports pundit and record-breaking swimmer, Hannah is at home on the stage and charms audiences with her warm-hearted tone, relatable impressions, and fearless wit. Express Yourself guarantees brand-new skits, more wigs, celebrity send-ups, and laugh-out-loud moments every parent will relate to.

Hannah said: ‘After the initial dates sold out so quickly, I knew I needed to do a second leg! I am so excited to spend the evening with other sleep deprived parents; this show is all about the comedy side of early stages of parenting, which are tough. We are all winging it, if we don't laugh about it we would probably cry!’
