Exciting news for Wingstop fans – the global chicken brand known for its bold flavour – is set to open its first restaurant in Belfast next week.

🙌 Monday 9th March at 11 am 🙌

Wingstop will bring its iconic flavour and signature menu of chicken wings, tenders, burgers and sides to Boucher Crescent.

Wingstop fans will also be able to get their hands on plenty of merch and swag on opening day with a range of giveaways.

The first 100 guests in line will score eight free wings in their choice of Wingstop’s 10 hand sauced-and-tossed flavours, from the fan-favourite Lemon Pepper to the sweet heat of Mango Habanero. The menu also features milkshakes and churros.

The opening of the restaurant in Belfast comes hot on the heels of Wingstop launching its first restaurant in Ireland at Liffey Valley, Dublin in December 2025.

Known for its bold range of sauces and seasonings – from the fan-favourite Lemon Pepper to the sweet heat of Mango Habanero, the smoky kick of Louisiana Rub and the daring Atomic – Wingstop’s menu of wings, boneless, tenders, burgers, loaded fries, milkshakes and churros has already made it a viral hit across TikTok and beyond.

A Wingstop UK & Ireland representative said, “We are so excited to bring the flavour to Northern Ireland at last. Belfast has a rich history of hospitality, and we are looking forward to embedding ourselves within this brilliant, vibrant city and bringing our unique flavours to a whole new audience.”

Operated by Lemon Pepper Holdings, Wingstop UK & Ireland is expanding across the island of Ireland, with an expected 20 sites to open within the next 7 years. The Belfast opening will also bring new employment opportunities, supported by long-term career growth through their Step-Up programme and Wingstop University internal training programme.

Wingstop UK & Ireland is also committed to embedding itself in local culture – partnering with grassroots music, emerging creatives and underrepresented voices in arts and fashion, while supporting charities and community sport.
