Nando's - Cool FM Facebook Competition T&Cs
Terms & Conditions in addition to Bauer’s Standard Terms & Conditions.
This Facebook competition will run across the dates Monday 21st September 2026 and Thursday 24th September 2026. One competition post will go live on the Cool FM Facebook page on 21st September. Another Facebook post will go live on the Cool FM Facebook page on 24th September. One winner will be chosen at random from entries across these two posts.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is GM Marketing, 9 HILLVIEW ROAD, BELFAST, BT14 7BT (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
• The giveaway is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over.
• Employees & immediate family of Elevator Promotions, GM Marketing, Cool FM, their respective agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must have a valid Facebook account.
3. How to Enter
• The giveaway will take place exclusively on Facebook via Cool FM.
• To enter, participants must “like” the relevant giveaway post during the Promotional Period.
• Only eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be considered.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Each Facebook account will be treated as one entry.
4. Promotional Period
The giveaway will open at 4pm on Monday 21st September 2026 and close at 4pm on Monday 28th September 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
• One NINJA 6-in-1 DualZone DZ801UK 7.6L Air Fryer
• A selection of Nando’s Sauces and Marinades
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The specific Ninja Air Fryer model and accessories will be determined by the Promoter.
Ninja is a trademark of SharkNinja Operating LLC. SharkNinja is not the promoter or administrator of this giveaway unless otherwise stated. Further information on Ninja products can be found at sharkninja.co.uk.
6. Winner Selection
• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
7. Contacting the Winner
• The selected winner will be contacted via DM (Direct Message) from the official Cool FM Facebook account used to administer the giveaway.
• The winner will have 48 hours from the date of the initial DM to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required to arrange delivery.
• The Promoter will make up to three reasonable attempts to contact the winner during the 48 hour period.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted after three reasonable attempts, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit their right to the prize.
• In these circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the previously selected reserve winner, who will then be subject to the same 48 hour response period and contact procedure.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner at an agreed Northern Ireland address. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize once the winner’s eligibility and delivery details have been confirmed.
Prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of prize acceptance and address confirmation.
9. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or which is fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
• By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Any personal information provided by the winner will be used solely for the administration and fulfilment of the giveaway and handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the giveaway, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.
