Terms & Conditions in addition to Bauer’s Standard Terms & Conditions
The competition will run each day on Cool FM Breakfast (0600-1000) from Monday 5th-Friday 9th October 2026
Daily Prize:
The Portaferry Hotel – overnight stay and evening meal for two.
Exploris Aquarium – admission for two plus two Capybara Lunch Experiences.
Crumlin Road Gaol – two tickets to Jail of Horror.
Mechanic:
Each day we will play our 'Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun' Game on Cool FM Breakfast
Each day we would play a clip of our famous Ghoul singer!
The Ghoul could be a solo female singer or from a Girl Band
The catch? The song will be played lower so sound a bit more spooky!
A listener will be brought to air with the song clip played again!
If the listener names the famous female singer (Ghoul) & song then they will be a daily winner!
But if the listener answers incorrectly, new listeners will be brought to air until we find a winner
The process will be repeated Monday to Friday
Phonelines will be opened via 02891 820010 each morning of the competition, at the presenters' discretion, some time between 0600-1000.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Please read the following information carefully before using or purchasing your tickets.
The Jail of Horror takes place inside a historic Victorian prison. The experience includes dark and low-light conditions, stairs, uneven floors and uneven surfaces.
SUITABLE FOOTWEAR IS MANDATORY
For your safety, all visitors must wear secure, flat, enclosed footwear suitable for walking in dark conditions and across uneven surfaces.
The following footwear is not permitted:
High heels
Sandals
Flip-flops
Open-toed footwear
Any other footwear deemed unsuitable for safely completing the experience
Visitors arriving in unsuitable footwear may be refused entry.
Where entry is refused because the footwear requirements have not been complied with, no refund will be provided.
The person purchasing the tickets is responsible for ensuring that these Conditions of Entry are brought to the attention of all visitors included in their booking.
HEALTH & ACCESSIBILITY
The Jail of Horror contains intense scares, low lighting, strobe lighting, sudden noises and other effects associated with a live scare attraction.
The experience is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy or those who are pregnant.
Due to the historic nature and layout of the building, the Jail of Horror is not wheelchair accessible.
If you have any concerns regarding your ability to safely participate in the experience, please consider this carefully before purchasing your ticket.
BEHAVIOUR & INTOXICATION POLICY
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, threatening, abusive or disruptive behaviour.
Visitors who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry.
Any visitor who behaves in an aggressive, threatening, abusive or disruptive manner towards staff, performers or other visitors may be refused entry or removed from the event.
Where a visitor is refused entry or removed from the event because these Conditions of Entry have not been complied with, no refund will be provided.
All visitors must follow all reasonable safety instructions given by staff throughout the experience.
Standard Cancellation policy applies on dates booked
Please allow 28 days from Monday 28th September 2026 for prize delivery
Portaferry Hotel and Exploris information:
Hotel stay subject to availability.
NB when utilising the Capybara experience at Exploris, your Hotel stay date must coincide with their dates and availability.
2 people Maximum in Portaferry Hotel prize. Some people may wish to add on another room for other family members but the Capybara Experience is 2 Maximum. Capybara experience is non transferable and can only be used on same day as hotel stay.
If entering and you are a daily winner, please be advised we will be sending your personal details (full name, telephone number, address and email address) to Da Vinci's Hotel to enable prize delivery. Please do not enter if you wish for your details not to be sent.
