Terms & Conditions in addition to Bauer’s Standard Terms & Conditions

Bangor Fuels competition runs on Cool Breakfast Show from Monday 17th to Friday 21st August 2026.

Daily Prize: 500 litres of home heating oil from Bangor Fuels

Overall Prize: Additional 200 litres of home heating oil from Bangor Fuels

Mechanic: Each day we will invite our listeners to play our 'Fill the Tank or Go Blank' Game with Bangor Fuels!

Phonelines via 02891 820010 will be opened at some stage during 0600-1000 each day Monday to Friday

A listener will be chosen at random and brought to air

The listener will then play Round 1 – which will be 4 random words based around music read out by the Presenter

The listener will then have 6 seconds to repeat back in correct order

For completing Round 1, a third of the tank will be filled - NB the tank has to be filled to be a daily winner by competing Round 3!

Then comes Round 2 - 5 words read out, which must be repeated back in correct order within 6 seconds

For completing Round 2, two thirds of the Tank is now filled

Finally Round 3 with 6 words, which again could be anything based around music are read out and MUST be repeated back by the listener in correct order in 6 seconds

If the listener completes all 3 Rounds they win the 500 litres of home heating oil and are in to Friday’s draw for the additional 200 litres!

But if they get one Round wrong, they are gone and a new listener will jump in and take their place, repeat which round the failing listener was on and continue the game

Bangor Fuels deliver to all postcodes between BT1 to BT30 & BT36 to BT41.

If the winner lives outside the postcode area they will be able to collect the oil from the cash and carry.
