Saturday Night Live UK has announced the musical guests performing on the opening three episodes of the live show.

A spin-off of the long-running US sketch comedy variety show Saturday Night Live, the UK version launches on Saturday 21st March 2026 with Tina Fey hosting and Wet Leg performing live.

Host Jamie Dornan will be joined by the mighty Wolf Alice on the Saturday 28th March show, while Riz Ahmed is joined by Kasabian on Saturday 4th April.

Wet Leg's Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers

Live from London at 10pm every Saturday night, each 75-minute episode will see a different host take to the stage alongside SNL UK’s inaugural cast: Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi and Paddy Young.

You can watch Saturday Night Live UK live on Sky and streaming service NOW every Saturday from 21st March, or catch-up on demand.

Kasabian

A description of Saturday Night Live UK reads: ‘Broadcast live each week, this brand-new British version brings the highwire, anything can happen energy audiences expect from SNL — reimagined through a distinctly British lens.

‘Written, rehearsed and performed in the week of broadcast, preserving SNL’s famously fast turnaround creative process. Each show is staged in front of a live studio audience, every episode features an opening monologue, topical sketches, live music, and a UK adaptation of SNL’s iconic satirical news segment, Weekend Update.

‘Together, this first wave of hosts, musical guests and cast members marks the beginning of a bold new chapter for the globally acclaimed SNL franchise — blending its storied legacy with a fresh generation of British comedy voices.’
