Primal Scream and more than 50 acts added to Kendal Calling 2026 line-up

Kendal Calling 2026 has added more than 50 acts to its mightily impressive line-up, including Scottish icons Primal Scream.

The 21st edition of Kendal Calling takes place once again at the stunning surroundings of the Lake District’s Lowther Deer Park from Thursday 30th July to Sunday 2nd August 2026.

This year’s music and arts extravaganza is headlined by Wolf Alice, Biffy Clyro, Two Door Cinema Club and The Kooks, and the line-up has now expanded with the addition of Primal Scream, Red Rum Club, Massive Wagons and many more.

Also joining the bill today are Arkayla, JaackMaate (performing at Kendal Calling’s iconic woodland Silent Disco), Old Mervs, Bleach 9:3, The Covasettes, Fletchr Fletchr, Lily Moore, My First Time, Miss Lilly, The North, Oversize, Tom Rowl, RoeParkin, Matt Felix, UK Foo Fighters, Paramore-ish, Nontaines DC, LTWalto’s Alternative Anthems, Is There A Soul Out There?, DJ Shaolin Monkey’s Hip Hop Block Party, XOX, Antiks, Nina Morton and Filthy Laugh.

Chai Wallahs are once again bringing the party up from Bristol with their massive lineup including Hyphen, Kongo Dia Ntotila, TC & The Groove Family, The Skinner Brothers, Omega Nebula, Soothsayers, Amy True, Aziza Jaye, Liam C, Carsick, Ruth Lyon, Sun Byrd, Karma Sheen, Mr Fitz, S.I.M.O x Hippo Sound System, Mista Trick Collective, The Big Band of Doom, Spangled, Mixxlab DJs, Potter, Oswald Slain, Selecta Si Chai, Kymara, Mr Fitz & Limmz, Alice Kim, Ushti, Kotoa, Betty Lou, DJ Hiphopapotamus and Clara Pople.

Their headline set in 2013 felt like a hugely significant moment in the festival’s history and with the 2020 set that never happened, we feel like we’re long overdue another amazing moment with them.”

Other artists already confirmed for Kendal Calling include The Libertines, Dove, The Vaccines, Jamie Webster, The Lathums, The Cribs, Ash, The Coral, The Twang, The Futureheads, Tim Burgess and We Are Scientists.

Testament to its ever-popular status, Kendal Calling is already completely sold out, however the official re-sale will open at 10am on Monday 30th March with a limited number of weekend, Thursday add-ons and upgraded camping options going on-sale.
