Staines’ prodigal sons Hard-Fi will release their first studio album in 15 years, ‘Sweating Someone Else’s Fever’, on Friday 19th June 2026 via V2 Records.

Featuring 11 tracks, ‘Sweating Someone Else’s Fever’ was written and recorded throughout 2025 at their own Cherry Lips studio, and produced by frontman Richard Archer alongside longtime collaborator Wolsey White.

Olivier Award-nominated singer Krysten Cummings lends her vocals to album tracks ‘You Rule My Heart’ and ‘A Rose Electric’, and Richard Archer quips: “It gave the tracks a different flavour that wasn’t just lads and guitars.”

As a taster for the album, Hard-Fi have premiered the lead single ‘They Ain’t Your Friends’, which you can listen to right here:

Available to pre-order right here, ‘Sweating Someone Else’s Fever’ will be released on CD, standard vinyl, turquoise vinyl (band store exclusive), & red, black, & white spattered vinyl (Indie Record Store Exclusive) formats.
